My Weekly Workout Split!

My weekly workout split is a 6 day split. Beginning on a Monday and starting with my upper body and ending on a Saturday with a strong core and back day. Sunday for me is used as family time and prep time. Set up my meals, workouts, and shakes for the upcoming week. Plus I give my body time to recover on Sunday.
