
• Set your handy dandy emotional support water bottle/tumbler next to your bed before you fall asleep. Promotes a healthier habit of hydrating because when you wake up in the morning you already have your water waiting for you.
• Set an alarm for your workout. Same time every day. When the alarm goes off, don’t snooze it. DON’T put it off. Get your cute ass up and go work out! After you get through the first ten minutes the hard part of getting yourself going is already over because you’re already ten minutes. Can’t stop now!!
• Set your gym fit up the night before. If I see it set out then it’s gonna make me wanna put that cute workout fit on and take selfies lol but don’t forget to get that workout in afterward.
• Get yourself a workout buddy! Surrounding yourself with like-minded people that have the same goals as you, gives you a sense of community and togetherness. Imma push you to win if you push me. Let’s get it besties!!!
• Set up small goals first. Everyone wants to become bigger and better but understand that it takes time to build the physique you want. Block by block. Small task by small task. Doing too much too soon will lead to burnout and failure. (And we don’t like failing over here!)
