About me
My name is Isha & I am a 32 year old powerlifter, blogger and full time mom to 3 beautiful teens. I created this blog to document my journey BACK into the lifting world after good ol’ 2020 hit us with the pandemic and quickly afterwards I was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer that knocked me on toosh. This is my Comeback Story!
